What data we collect
- Contact request: name, work email, phone (optional), organisation, role (optional), sector, area of interest and message.
- Technical data: the page the request came from and campaign parameters (for example,
utm_source), where present. - Usage statistics: only if you accept analytics cookies (see the Cookie policy).
We do not collect special categories of personal data through this portal. Please do not include them in your message.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to your request and, where relevant, preparing a proposal — on the basis of pre-contractual steps at your request and your consent.
- Managing the contact history with our sales team — on the basis of our legitimate interest in following up requests received.
- Improving the portal through aggregated statistics — only with your consent.
Retention
Contact requests are kept for the duration of the business relationship and, where no relationship is established, for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Recipients and location
Data is processed by the Datapoint team and by processors providing hosting and email services, contractually bound to comply with the GDPR. Portal data is hosted in the European Union. If you accept analytics cookies, Google may process usage data as described in the Cookie policy.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Simply write to hello@datapoint.software.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted communications, access control with centralised authentication, access logging and backups.
