Frequently asked questions
About the founders programme.
Why is the assessment free?
Because we are starting to provide these services and want to build real reference cases. We cover the cost of the assessment in exchange for publishing the case and your honest feedback.
What happens if the proof of concept does not reach the agreed results?
The expected results and acceptance criteria are set out in writing at the end of the assessment. If they are not met, we review the causes with you and decide the next steps together; the proof of concept is only paid for once delivery is confirmed with those results.
How is the cost of AI usage calculated?
During the proof of concept, AI model usage is included in the price, with a cap set by us. Afterwards, operation has a fixed monthly fee per platform and usage is sized on the actual consumption measured in the proof of concept, always with an agreed cap.
Can public bodies take part?
Yes, in a version adapted to public procurement: a free AI literacy session, a fixed-price assessment and a proof of concept procured through the applicable procedure, paid after acceptance. We do not offer free assessments to public bodies, so as not to compromise competition in future procedures.
How many places are there?
Few, because every founding organisation is supported directly by our technical team. We will close the programme once the places are filled.
